  4. Shoe Returns: If you're returning shoes, please do not use the shoe box as the shipping container. Shoes must be returned in their original box, but please place them in a separate shipping box for the return.

  5. Sale and Bargain Items: Items purchased on sale or marked as bargain items cannot be returned for a refund. However, they may be eligible for store credit or exchange, subject to our discretion.

Shipping Charges: Please note that all shipping charges, including regular and expedited shipping costs, are non-refundable. If you are returning an item because it was defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will reimburse your original shipping costs.
